Your t-shirt quilt will have a more contemporary look where block size can vary and can be set on a contrast color and the angle of the block may vary.
* Pricing is for a finished, machine quilted t-shirt quilt. You provide the t-shirts to be used along with this order form, and I will provide the materials and labor for your keepsake quilt.

_____ 16 shirts - approx. 68" x 68" throw sized - $350 plus shipping if out of town
_____ 20 shirts - approx. 68" x 85" twin sized - $375 plus shipping if out of town
_____ 24 shirts - approx. 85" x 85" full sized - $400 plus shipping if out of town
* Fabric type: cotton or flannel
*Fabric color: request a color or quilter's choice
* Method of payment: **50% down is required at the time of the order and the remainder is due prior to shipment of your completed quilt.
